ASTEC 1000 Zinc Flake
A high end sacrificial corrosion protection coating with aesthetics more similar to a paint. With a number of significant advantages over electroplating of which the most important is often the absence of hydrogen embrittlement.
ASTEC 3000 Alkaline Zinc Nickel
Zinc Nickel is the high end corrosion protection finish of the electroplated coatings. A highly functional coating which offers superior levels of corrosion resistance from an electrolyte which allows ductility and uniform distribution.
ASTEC 3000 Acid Zinc Nickel
The acid electrolytic provides the same superior levels of corrosion resistance but with the ability to coat cast iron and hardened steel surfaces. The system provides a much greater coverage, quicker deposition rate and a brighter finish.
ASTEC 4000 Alkaline Zinc
Alkaline zinc is a more standard coating but our process is designed for non-standard niche product areas that many simply could not offer.
Auxiliary Services
These services include options such as in-house specialist pre-treatments (eg for stainless steel), polishing, blasting and masking to subcontract electrophoretic and powder paints for duplex coatings.
